TRECCE WOOD FIRE PIZZA

Fior di Latte cheese and Datterino tomatoes, which are a variety of small, sweet tomatoes. Homemade Sicilian sausage, made with a blend of pork, fennel, and a mix of seasonings, adds a rich, savory depth to the pizza.
